LICKIMAT Playdate Treat Mat for Dogs, Cats & Puppies

When asked "flavour" I dont know as I didn't lick it. I asked my dog and he looked at me funny.Hard to clean by hand if you don't have a dishwasher but good for the dog to play with.

Absolutely love this little mat and so does my 10 month old Labrador! He’d chewed his way through countless shoes, bags, books, tissue boxes and toys and also suffered with huge anxiety issues the minute I left the house, he’d have his head out of the cat flap howling and barking for ages ... but not any more!I spread a couple of teaspoons of doggy peanut butter on this and squish in a couple of treats and he doesn’t make a peek when I leave the house now! We’ve had it a month and he’s not even attempted to chew it either which is probably the only thing left in the house unscathed! Worth every penny!

Great product for for when puppy is teething and the mouth is too sore for the kong. Or just slathering in mushed up kibble with peanut butter. Takes a good few minutes frozen. But most importantly encourages the pup to think beyond just hitting things as hard as he can and chasing the news.It won’t hold all his feed but good as a starter.

I was recommended to get this item as an addition to treat toys. It does not have a flavour but it is easy to add spreadable food on the mat together with small treats wedged in the small squares. As to Durability it is difficult to say as only had the item a week, but at least it is in one piece having used it everyday, I think the food content is more important than the chewing of the mat, and keeps their mind active. It is also easy to clean under running water.

I gave 2 whisker sensitive large cats. Who eat spreading the food around & letting it fall from their mouths. Not pretty. I have tried everything. But they still spread the food & left the bits in the corners. But these things , spread it around in dolops. It’s brilliant. All food eaten & what drops is eaten as still on the mat. Genius. The little texture keeps the food well & they like to lick it. So happy at last. So much for my £20 raised whisker bowls...

Great for keeping my dog occupied when she’s left alone, particularly good for cooling her on a hot day when the mat is filled with natural yogurt and frozen. Difficult to clean and a nightmare trying to remove left on peanut butter!

Our German Shepherd's really enjoy this. They stand licking at whatever we have put onto it, they like pate, then they lie down just gently licking at the mat. They genuinely enjoy using this and it lasts far, far longer than the majority of treats they may have. It keeps them occupied which ultimately results in them being stimulated for a long period. I am definitely going to get another and the different type as well.
