Because they are so thin, I wouldn't sleep on them because they will bunch up underneath you and they really aren't meant for heavy bedwetters/leakers anyway. I mainly use them just for diaper changes.Would be good for taking wet shoes and boots off by the door, take plants home from the nursery without worring about spillage on your floor mats, put them on the car seats after a day at the beach or pool - lots of places you'd like waterproof surface that absorbs a little moisture.Because they are so thin, you can pop the in the glove box, diaper bag, wherever you might have a need for them.

Have a Yorkie rescue who now and again cannot wait until I take her for her walkies, especially overnight. These are perfect for her. She is kept in the main bathroom at night with a baby gate (because of these accidents), and I put one or two of these down, and if she has a pee accident it's an easy clean-up in the morning. Often, they are still dry, so I don't need to buy many, but will buy again as needed.

Before I describe my experience with these pads, please remember that these are not made to be dog pee pads. They are disposable adult "underpads," designed for using in hospitals and other healthcare environments to put under humans who bedridden or otherwise laying down or sitting and may have bodily fluids leak. They are designed to keep bed sheets clean, somewhat, or otherwise keep fluids from leaking on the floor or elsewhere. But they are not intended to be able to soak up large amounts of urine. That's what adult diapers are for.With all of that being said, these are pretty good to use as doggy pee pads if you have a dog who is incontinent. The best feature about them is their long size - 23 inches by 36 inches. I do not use these underpads by themselves, I layer them on top of each other, or put them on the floor and then put smaller sized doggy pads on top of them. Basically I use these to make sure my floor doesn't get completely ruined by my senior dog with medical issues that cause him to need to pee a lot. They are thin. They do not have multiple layers intended to collect large amounts of urine from a dog. But they do absorb some urine, and the backing is somewhat leak resistant. I need to cover my kitchen and some of my hallway, a larger area than one may need for a puppy who is house training, for example, so the long size is key for me here. Buying this longer size allows me to need to use less of them, so stretches my money. It also allows me to place several on the floor and trust that my dog will pee on at least one of them, since he doesn't go to a specific pad or specific area to pee each time, he just pees when his body needs to.The price of these is pretty good for what you can find on other websites. But I am going to order what looks like the same product from a different brand/seller next time, who charges less, to see if there is any difference between these ones, and those I have seen from another seller that are $5-10 cheaper.

I bought the "Inspire Disposable Chux Underpads, 23 Inches X 36 Inches, 150 Count" in September 2020 and they were perfect! Great absorbency, and they felt sturdy enough to handle our doggie messes. I re-ordered in February, and they look similar, but they are not the same quality. The plastic backing is definitely different, and the same size doggie puddles now completely soak the pad and run over the edges. Was quite saddened, as the first batch we had bought were very nice.

Got these for my 15 y/o Morkie suffering from a bad case of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. The vet gave me some pee pads to take home. The absorbent material was very sparse and could easily see through to the backing. This came in the mail yesterday and these are really high quality with a nice quilted weave and tons of absorbent filler that you cannot see through to the bottom of the blue backing!As a registered nurse, I would gladly and confidentially recommend these for personal use if needed.I bought a pack of 150 because I know my Morkie is nearing the end of her life and eventually we’ll adopt another dog or two who will most likely use some. Also going to keep a stash of these in the car in case we need to make a mad dash to the vet again. Just one less thing to worry about. Would definitely purchase again!

I switched to this vendor in late summer of 2023 because they shipped the right size liners with great quality. Suddenly in late December they started sending liners that are much smaller and tissue paper thin. If you get the brown box in my photo, just ship it back. You’ll notice right away it weighs almost nothing. The good liners come in the white box. I’m furious to be stuck with these useless terrible liners over Christmas.

I LOVE these pads and have been ordering these over and over when I run out. I use these for my dog's pee pads and it absorb so well. I love the size is big and not the small ones so it is perfect for messes when my dog eats as well. Quality is good because the cotton of the pads does not come out and it soaks the pee really well too.

Good pricing and service however material too thin for my dad hence had to cancel subscription...as mention by other this would be prefer by those that only have minor leak.

Great product but very thin. Liquid does pass through

Lower quality of what I’m used to from other brands, but surprisingly they don’t leak and they do the job so far. I’m using them as pee pads for my small dog.

Works well for excessive amount of fluids.
