Worth spending
I have many health issues right now which makes it hard to focus on just one thing while trying to sleep. With a bad back, bad circulation in the legs, and restless leg syndrome due to all these i only sleep about 4 hours at a time, but when I do I notice how much this pillow has helped me, and how I have been able to keep it in place for a longer period of time. ... So for me, this pillow has helped out a great deal, and my lower back does feel more rested, and I wake up in a great deal of less pain.

the firmness is suitable for my back problem. The angle solved my stomach reflux problem which I think also cured my sleep apnea.

The cover is synthetic and not smooth, it irritated my skin so never used it.. it became a waste of money.

It is quite comfortable. The product was properly packed and delivered in excellent condition. It confirms to the specifications mentioned. The delivery time was as committed by Amazon, though it can be a bit shorter as it took almost a week to reach me. Overall a good buy.

Please ensure the dimension
I ordered this product but when received, it was with a very soft material and also the dimension was not as mentioned. When we use it, it will not serve the purpose of slanted sleep position because of its softness. I rejected the material and requested for replacement. The second one which I received was with good quality material but the dimension was not as mentioned in the website. Same thing (wrong dimension) happened with another manufacturer also. So, please ensure the dimension before ordering the product.
