I returned the first bottle because it was leaking upon arrival. I ordered a second bottle and it was also leaking when it arrived, and the pump didn't work. Tbh, I've been using this product for a few weeks and I don't notice a difference. It's a shame. It's difficult to find a good organic skin product.

This is thumbs down. The single star you see should be a zeroThis product was delivered in very poor condition. Even though the container was bubble wrapped, a lot of the product was dripping into the packaging. On Closer inspection I found that the pump closure was too small. Someone must have tried to force it over the top. Even if they succeeded the pump was broken. I would advise anyone purchasing NOT TO TAP THE BUY BUTTON .

My skin loves this Botanical HA! It has made my skin so smooth and soft. I see a deference in the hydration level my face keeps when I am using this product and when I am not. I recently ran out and need to purchase more and now I see how great it really was working! And it’s vegan cruelty free thank goodness!!

This is the first time I bought this item. The product is a right mixture of thickness. It absorbs quickly into your skin.I would recommend for anybody who wants to try a natural formula that does not contain any chemical ingredient.

This is difficult to rate as, if you're looking for hyalouronic acid serum, this is a good one! The bottle/pump is good quality, easy to use. I recently had a professional facial and my skin has never looked better. I was told to use a hyaluronic acid.Not knowing much, as I used this, it felt like I was wearing a facial mask that you don't wash off. My skin felt tight and a bit sticky. But, it didn't feel moisturizing. So... I did some research and found out why...I live in an area with very dry winters. I found that hyaluronic acid pulls in moisture from anywhere it can get it. So, this works best in high-humid areas. By pulling moisture out of my skin (the only place it could get it), it actually dried my skin. So... I added a good moisturizer to this and it works well. Note: (I'm not a professional, but this is what I've heard)... there are hyaluronic acid products that include moisturizers, but it lessens the effect of getting all the hyaluronic acid in the skin. Therefore, I don't initially mix the moisturizer to it. I apply the serum, let it sit a bit, THEN, add moisturizer on top of it so it has something to pull into the skin. I'm now seeing great results with this and my face lines are diminishing.I'm excited to see the difference in summer (high humidity here), where I can use this without much (if any) additional moisturizing product.
