Noticed slight results

This product definitely boosts energy. I think it helps with weight control. I can’t say definitively how much this particular product helps because since I started using it I have restricted calories and dramatically reduced sugar intake. I have, however, gotten down about thirty pounds in a few months.It’s pretty potent, I felt somewhat light headed taking two capsules so now I only take one a day.
