Sam EdelmanWomen's Hazel Pump

I have this exact shoe (Hazel) in other colors directly from the Sam Edelman website. I think these may be fake. The bottom of the shoe has colored stripes, but my other shoes don't. And it's also different than the picture on Amazon.They fit my foot slightly differently too.

Absolutely love these pumps. I have a wide foot so its difficult find cute shoes that don't squeeze my foot and cause me pain. These fit perfectly and are true to size. I was able to easily wear these for 10+ hours at work then to a function afterwards without them killing my feet. They are high (3-1/2 inches), but that's my preferred height for pumps. They have a bit of an insole so its not like you're completely walking on cement. Love the color and have gotten many compliments, but hands down the best pumps for women with wide feet.

The pump is great. It fits well, the color is beautiful, and they are quite comfortable. However, it is apparent that they have been returned and refurbished. There are visible places in the suede where an attempt was made to "erase" scuffing, and as a result the suede is thinner and lighter in color in those areas. I was charged new shoe pricing for used shoes? Unacceptable! I ordered 2 pairs of this style in 2 different colors and received 1 new pair, making the used pair even more obvious. I might have considered keeping the navy pair if the fact that they were refurbished was disclosed and the price was reduced to reflect their usage, but I cannot accept being conned and paying full price for it! So buyers beware! The shoe is fantastic, but you might be better off getting them directly from Sam Edelman!

I was looking for a classy, elegant, dress pumps. At first I ordered Calvin Klein Women's Brady Platform Pump, black. They were super beautiful and good quality but the heels were weigh tall, I couldn't walk more then 5 minutes on them, so I returned them and started looking for something which would be beautiful and comfortable same time. I found these, ordered size 5 (I wear European size 5, which is smaller than American size 5). The heel high is perfect. They feel a little tight, so I ordered 5 1/2 to try and they were too big. So, I decided to keep size 5 hoping they will stretch out a bit. Basically, they are very beautiful, well-made, no glue marks or anything like that. Just keep in mind that they are for thin feet, order half size up, maybe.

My size is a 10 US but I ordered a 10.5 due to the reviews and the fact that my feet are not at all narrow and wanted the extra toe room. Well, I have to honestly say that it was the best decision. I could wear these shoes all day and night. I now own three, navy, leopord and beige.

I ordered these twice. The first time I ordered from “amazon.com services LLC” (NOTE: i do not know whether or not this supplier and that one are the same - they could be, but I don't want to misrepresent anything here..) and they looked used - had scuff marks on the leather. If I had gotten them for $30 instead of over $100 I would have kept them. But for the price, ridiculous. I returned those and ordered them again - this time from “MegoShop” and the SAME thing happened. Scuff marks and scrapes. I thought maybe they were the same pair of shoes I had returned earlier and had to compare with photographs! I don’t know what is up with these Sam Edelman nude shoes supplier/s! So I’m sending the second pair back as well. Very annoyed and disappointed.UPDATE - I updated to 4 stars because they provided excellent customer service in offering me a hefty discount if I chose to keep the shoes. I figured it was fair considering the level to which they looked worn, which is probably 3 or 4 times. We all know that unfortunately light colored heels mark up terribly quickly.

I work in an office 5 days a week and have to dress professionally, I do not sacrifice when it comes to shoes. These fit true to size, I've never gotten a blister from them, it must have something to do with the height of the back of the shoe. They're as comfortable as high heels can be and look great. I have them in at least 4 different colors.

Definitely not what I was expecting. I went out one night and saw that the inside was tearing. Even the heels is really scuffed up. I thought that for the price, the quality would be much better. I was wrong.

Most comfortable heels I have ever owned. I brought the velvet ones a while back in the sale really cheap so I knew these were going to be comfortable and they are! I’m probably going to gradually buy them in all the colours as I’ve never been a fan of heels but this just seen spot on for me!

Super disappointing that I bought my normal Sam Edelman size and the shoe was massive and I had to pay for return shipping. Given the inconsistency I’m too afraid to buy another pair guessing my size even tho they are pretty

Difficult to find my size on high street retails, this is good!

I bought one pair of these shoes. They came in with one heel scuffed up already, though it didn’t look used, so I assumed it was a manufacturing defect. I returned them with a note to say they were scuffed, hence the return. Receiving the new ones today, and was disappointed to see they were also scuffed. Needless to say, I’m returning those as well. Unfortunate that a shoe so expensive has a defect TWICE!

I have wide feet and typically have a terrible time finding pumps. Either they destroy my feet or I end up with frumpy wide fit shoes that I hate.This are great shoes. Perfect heel height, well made, sleek, sexy, simple and can be worn with anything. I always wear a 9 and got these in a 9W. I wore them all day with no pain, blisters or cuts on my feet. This is my new go to shoe:) I’m going to buy them in a few more colours.
