BRIX SimmerMat Kochuntersatz Simmern instead of cooking

This simmer mat does what it says: goes between the gas or element and the saucepan. No more burnt food!I’ve only used it for making porridge in a saucepan but it says you can put it under ceramic dishes too.

Great little find easy to use and clean allows me to simmer as my gas hob is quite powerful keep a pan on and simmers away keeps food warm

I have used one of these for years and needed a replacement. Excellent for very slow simmering.

We have bottled gas and this works really well to stop the pan getting too hot on its lowest simmer. Fairly stable on our cooker and pretty substantial

Very slippery, unstable and bends by heat.

Bought to use on a gas hob with pressure cooker for slow(overnight) making of bone broth to control heat to minimise /prevent steam escape. I found it very effective.

This is a SERIOUSLY problematic product. Caused my ceran hob top to crack and damaged it so severely, I need to replace the entire cooker.

The media could not be loaded.  Le produit n’est pas plat. Il ne tient pas bien sûr la plaque de cuisson n’est pas de « niveau » du coup, pas stable.Je ne trouve pas comment contacter le vendeur 🤷🏻‍♀️

ich koche seit vielen jahren auf gas und habe regelmäßig das problem, dass ich irgendwas auf kleiner flamme lange simmern oder köcheln lassen soll und das auf kleinster gasflamme bei meinem herd einfach zu heiß wird. neulich kam mir dann die idee, hier mal zu schauen, denn ich kann ja nicht wirklich allein mit dem problem sein, oder??? und richtig: das produkt zur lösung ist schon lange erfunden und zu haben. hab mir diverse von diesen hitzerverteilern angeschaut und mich für diesen entschieden. nach dem auspacken dachte ich: oh, das ding ist zu leicht und verrutscht sicher beim kochen. aber nix da: bleibt sicher liegen und verteilt die hitze so prima, dass ich jetzt mit dem köcheln von flüssigkeiten keine sorgen mehr habe. juchu!

Diffusion de chaleur bien uniforme. Franchement très bien pour mijoter.Vraiment parfait. Pratique car pas encombrant, facile d’utilisation et de nettoyage.Attention reste chaud longtemps après utilisation.
