It works wonderfully but gently. It states to take 1 capsule for a gentle cleanse and 2 capsules for advanced. I took 2 and the advance is also gentle in the way of, no cramping, no diarrhea, no issues whatsoever. I did have to go several times during the day but the urge wasn't overpowering.I do have to say that this is by far the best cleanse I have ever purchased. I will be purchasing this product again.

This is a nice gentle cleanse. I'm no stranger to laxatives or cleansing products and while I don't always feel "empty" after, I don't wake up cramping or have that extreme urgency to go to the bathroom either. Like anything else like this, it's very important to drink plenty of water.

This is the real deal and truly works. Great and reliable source of both activated charcoal and bentonite clay, among a few other nice herbs. If you have mold in your system, take 2 before bed and you're likely to sleep much better. Don't take too many or you're likely to become constipated. Also don't mix within 90 minutes of eating food - which is always the case with activated charcoal.

I bought this as a substitute for a product I was using called Isaflush because I liked the ingredients. I’ve found that it doesn’t seem to work as well though. I don’t always have a bowel movement in the morning and sometimes if I do it’s...difficult. Perhaps you need to drink a lot of water with it.

Doesn’t work

This cleanse definitely does what it promotes! The ingredients caught my attention. Would be surprised if it didn't work I thought. So I made sure to read instructions and so far I like it. There is many detox products, I really like the way this one works for me & will be sure to share with friends who are looking for a good cleansing/detox supplement.

I bought this product to help detox my body. So far, my face is clearer and my skin is healthier looking. I've just started taking it, so I can't wait to see more results. I can tell you for sure, it doesn't have a taste. Make sure to drink lots of water so your body will do its job, and it will help the process along.

Love this, feels rough the first couple days but can definitely tell a huge difference after that!
