RADACutlery Cook’s Knife, Made in USA, Black Handle

I love this knife, helps me with my chopping and dicing, RADA is my go to for over 25 years. They wash well, and sharpen right up. They are light weight and feel good in my hand.

These knives are ready to be out to work. For the affordable price, they're super sharp and the construction is such that I'm not afraid to get them working for me. I got an extra one that either I'll gift to a friend or keep as a spare. Also, they're made in the USA 🫡

My mom had Rada knives when I was growing up. I received several as a wedding gift in 1968 and have bought many more since. They last forever, 'fit" my hand perfectly, cut well, hold their blade just fine and sharpen easily (especially with Rada''s knife sharpener.) I also use Rada's potato peelers and ice cream scoop and love them too! Bought the most recent one as a gift for a health care worker because she likes using that particular knife of mine so much.

I am so pleased with these knives. Because of arthritis in my hands cutting can be painful, but the blade is so thin it cuts through everything with ease. It is very easy to sharpen whenever needed.

Stays sharp, handle grip fits my hand

I purchased a few Rada’s just to try them out. Big mistake. They work better than kitchen knives costing 5x’s as much. They work and work and work some more. You want quality that functions without spending more? Rada will deliver.

Honestly I bought the smaller version of the same knife 3 years ago and gave it a subpar review... I’m eating my words. Won’t lie these knives feel flimsy and lightweight and are really sharp out of the box. I thought there was no way it would last ... 3 years later I’m still using it daily so I bought a bigger one and could not be happier. Barely any maintenance to these knives. Yes I have fancy knives which I never use as the constant maintenance... I want simplicity sharp fast and easy ... I will be adding to my Rada collection.

Great knife for the serious home cook who likes light thin blades. Sharpens easily fits well in smaller hands. Would take this knife for veg prep over many more expensive brands just get a cover for it the steel can dent easily due to the thinness of the blade.

Surprisingly sharp knife for the price. You cannot beat this for the price. If you spend 10x you'll get something better, but this is pretty damn good.
