These are the sharpest knives I've ever used
Every knife I've ordered is a winner. I can cleanly slice a tomato no more than the thickness of a quarter with the slicer. I have steak knives that just go to another level. Bought some assorted paring knives and the tomato slicer which is much smaller than the regular slicer. All great. Do get their sharpener while your at it. I'm a knife freak and have every sharpening gadget you can imagine. This simple looking thing beats them all.

Great knife
Sharp and was very pleased with the purchase. I thought the handle was short and could fit my hand better - reason for not selecting five stars - but overall very pleased to receive these knives and to have them in my kitchen. Some might like the short handle for accurate cuts. I just wanted a sharp steak knife for steak and kitchen use. Have seen many of this type of serrated steak knife, and found this one to be of high quality.

I LOVE THIS KNIFE!!!
MADE IN AMERICA!!! Oh, and yes, it's the best, sharpest, most convenient length knife I own! I'm a knife snob, so I have a jewel textured, translucent Tennessee sharpening stone to keep my cutlery just the way I like it. But, even with good care, stainless steel knives need sharpening more often and just don't keep their edge. I started using my serrated bread knife for vegetables and fruit, but it's just too long to be handy. SO, when I found this 7" blade serrated knife, I knew it'd be perfect! AND IT IS!!! I ordered 2. So will you when you try it. And, where I live, MADE IN AMERICA is very important to me! Thanks RADA Cutlery!!! Yes, I'll hand wash them.
