This SOS has been my lifelong favorite, but the quality dropped several years ago, and which I complained to the manufacturer. The scrubby side falls apart fast, and the hairy fibers start to shred early on. When I wrote the company years back, they sent me free coupons, which I used to buy more, which also fell apart just the same. It's too bad the company doesn't fix this problem, especially when the competitors do not have the same issue. The reason I like this better is, yes the scrubby side, which is softer and will not scratch. The spongy side has a more absorbent sponge, which soaks up, instead of just moving the liquid around. And lastly, the sponges fit ergonomically in my hand, like a glove. Come on, SOS. Fix the problem with the scrubby side and more people will come back to your product.

We started off with these several years ago and took a miserable break to a lesser value one.Not again. They are the perfect sturdiness and fit for the hard.

Im so disappointed with s.o.s. they fall apart as soon as the bleach soaks in. Terrible value DON'T use if you use bleach on ur dishes or counter tops sinks or tub.

This is the perfect kitchen scrubber. The rough side won't hurt any surface such as coated pans. The sponge material is very durable and won't crumble apart after prolonged use. I only wish they made this in a bigger size for washing cars, floors, etc.

The pkg. states Durable & Long-Lasting. I can say from using them... that both statements are NOT TRUE.

Works as advertised lasts as long if not longer than any other and it's strong and durable it does not flake apart or built gross stuff up in the scrub stuff.
