I've owned about 10 garment bags in my life, and while this one is made of wonderful fabric, I don't understand how I can hang it on a clothing or closet rod or how mildew and moisture can stay out with the opening on top, a flap of fabric, that I suppose kind of covers the hangers used to hang the garments. It is the strangest design for a garment bag I have ever seen, maybe there is a part missing? Anyway, I'm returning it.

I bought these to organize/separate all of our family's winter coats and jackets they are pretty nice. Super lightweight and yet feel decently high-quality. The peek-a-boo window is crucial, the zipper is nice and doesn't feel flimsy, and the coats feel protected from general closet funk...but a moth or mouse could totally get into this if they wanted to, right through the top hole. The hole that the hangers come out of is larger than I anticipated and there is a sort of strange flap at the top (which is definitely shown in the picture but appears larger and flappier in real life) the purpose of which is beyond me. I guess you're supposed to flap it up and over the hangers on the rod to "cover" the hole (visually? the hole is/would still be open if you flapped it "closed")? Thinking about it, though, I don't know how else a multi-coat hanging bag would have a smaller hole up top without having a set number of hanger openings which I did not want. That (and the price for two) means that these are the best solution I've found for closet cleanliness and I would therefore recommend them.

I have some other versions of these hanging portable wardrobes and these are very similar and seem to be of similar materials. However, some of the ones I purchased have velcro on top that allows the two sides to be velcroed above the bar the wardrobe is hanging on (vs. tied with the cotton strings on this one). Feel the velcro will hold up better in a hot attic and also somewhat seals the wardrobe better

The garment cover is great, it arrived on time and is exactly as described.We purchased to cover clothes that we dont use very often in a closet in the basement, the reason why we went for this size is because it fits exactly between the up-rites on our standard wire shelves.Very happy with our purchase.

The hangers hang on bar in closet. The garment bag is held on bar with two(2) pieces of string. Not what I expected. Only keeping because do not have time to send back to Amazon.

I like this garnet bag. I have some extra clothing out in our garage and the clear plastic bags and the sun faded some of the clothes. This bag solves my problem. It seems to be well made and the only improvement that could be made is a couple velcro fasteners for the flap that goes over the top.

Very inexpensive material, almost like paper. This is a larger version of what you are given for hanging clothing when you buy a garment at a mid priced retail store.

Excellent garment bag, could get most of my winter clothes neatly hung inside, this bag is so good I'm going to buy another shortly

OK. It's worth noting that the enclosure is attached to your closet rod via the tying of strings on either end of the product. I was hoping for a more sophisticated method of attachment - e.g. straps and velcro. Otherwise, it's OK.EDIT :After about 8 months of usage, I'm pretty impressed with this thing's quality - zipper has held up to repeated use, the product looks just as good as it did on day one. Most importantly though, it has been able to consistently keep my clothes fresh and odour-free despite the horrendous hygiene practices of my neighbours. Thumbs up!

I bought this to protect wool jackets from moths but the top flap that covers ya gets does not have Velcro to seal the top. What is the point then?
