I was disappointed in the grinder. I expected more or better performance. No matter how cold I get the meat, it ends up grinding it to the point of mush. I'm not happy with it but it's too late to do anything about it. I also thought that each plate was stainless steel but it's not and it rusts quickly. I'm a bit disappointed overall .

I shot my deer this year and tried the kitchen aid grinder, which is only suitable to grind SPAM. After reviewing the STX vs the LEM Big Bite, the STX was a great deal. Now I'm ready to create my own brand of Brat and other sausages.

Only used the grinder so far and it works great!

Good product

I like how easy it is to assemble. Its it has a hard time grinding meats( pork,briskets). I thought it would've been a breeze but the machine struggles to get the meat through the other end and when it dose this it backs up into the housing and it becomes a real pain to clean. Also it leaves some sort of greaser in my meats so i have to watch carefully and pick out those pieces not good when your trying to start a business selling food. I think the motor shouldve been a lot stronger but for the price its ok. Next time ill spring for one thats $200 more and have peice of mind that it'll grind anything i put in it.

I feed my GSD raw and use this to make them food. 20lb at a time. No jamming, no issues. Works great and is surprisingly quiet.
