So this worked for my Goalkeeper, but my player is 8 years old and very petite / thin. The arms are very baggy, not as much the length (they are a little long, but with goalie gloves it won't matter) but actually the width of the arms especially in relation to the body section. That was "almost" too tight and confirms what others said about the sizing being a bit odd. I would only be concerned if your child is not thin - and I mean ribs, muscles show with shirt off thin. The material itself is very thin which is okay since it's often worn over the game jersey. The padding is adequate and perfectly placed in the arms. I liked the fact that the chest was padded, but it's really more sternum to midsection, but I could tell he felt it would provide some added protection, resulting in confidence.

I have two shirts different colors for home and away games. I am 6 feet 185lbs and ordered Medium Size for a snug fit and they do fit well on me. Not fan of the chest pad, instead I would have liked to have couple of strips of silicone in the same place to give more ball control when collecting the ball. So far I am happy with what I have here.

The media could not be loaded.  Our goalie is 4’7 and around 70 lbs so we selected YM. The padding is perfect and she loves the color. We washed it and it held up nicely. While the tag says you can put it in the dryer we did not. We're happy and will likely order more.

The shirt runs small. After I measured my 8 year old son, it looked like youth medium would fit best. When we tried it on it was a little short and narrow. My instinct was to get him a large. I will be ordering the next size up. For reference my 8b year old is 55 inches and 68 lbs.

Bought this goalie jersey for our 8 year old son in a size medium. It fit well and seems to be of good quality. Like the padding.
