Bird Plates and Hanger
I was not as pleased as I thought I would be with the plates. The bird plates were alright but the butterfly plates were really bad.The colors and style of design. Not my taste.

It's very cute and the plates are nice. The only problem was, I think, in shipping the rack got bent I was able to straighten out enough to hang.

Bird Plates - Beautiful & Heavy Duty
I received my order a day early! It was packaged well (see pic). - Each plate was in a bubble-wrap pouch inside a small cardboard box - Each little box perfectly fit in the plate's slot in the hanger - The hanger has its own box, which was placed inside the bigger box with air packsAll-in-all I was very pleased with everything. The plates are small and cute (see pic), but they feel very durable. One of the plates had a scratch on the bottom. I contacted the seller. Within an hour they replied and quickly resolved the situation to my satisfaction.This will be an excellent Christmas gift!

Nice bird plake
Well built, the plates are thick and solid...........the rack is sturdy as well. It is worth the money and a good buy.

VERY bad experience
I order the butterfly and bird plates. Both arrived with one damaged plate from each set. I contacted seller, and I was sent ANOTHER set of butterfly plates, again with one damaged plate. I have no use for another incomplete set. I never received a reply on my complaint regarding the bird plates. I contacted seller again, was told they would send out another plate set ' sometime next month'. Considering that my original order was about 8 weeks ago, we are now working on 3 months before I get (if I get) the replacement for the broken plate. This is trully not worth the effort. The product is just crap and the customer service is worse than that...

Bird plate and hanger
these are absolutely adorable...a little bit muted but that's what I like about them, they weren't bright and gaudy... By the way I did receive the Robin plate cracked but the company sent a whole new set within days very pleased with customer service!
