These HRiMotion Self Adhesive Garage Wall protectors are easy to apply and the adhesive feels as though it will last for years - the warranty is 5 years. The pads themselves are made from two foam layers - the facing is a higher density grey foam which your car door will make contact with and it is mounted on a slightly different type of orange foam which feels slightly less dense and which the adhesive backing is applied to. The foam is much sturdier than normal foam rubber - it is polyethylene, however, I think this product best suited to interior rather than exterior use.Depending on the design of your car door, specifically, the profile of the edge the chances are you'll only need one of the two pads in the pack. What I also like about these pads is that they are softer than some hard rubber "ribs" I've bought for the same purpose -those ribs were so robust despite being rubber they still marked the edge of the door.

These strips stick well to brickwork but they are quite thin, approx 3.5mm. The only size stated in the ad was 1cm and I assumed it was the thickness. It was however, the total thickness of the two strips and the packaging. Also, the rubber easily tore as I rubbed the strip down to improve adhesion. I don’t think they will last that long. I do need to order some more but I won’t reorder these. So, NOT recommended.

I used these to make sure my car door doesn’t hit the corner of the wall near where my parking space is by my flats. It sticks well and is a good protector from getting my door chipped.

Bought them for my garage, large and trick enough to prevent any damage to doors. Very easy to install!

They were a bit fiddly to put on the car, but have proved to be great protectors on the edge of the car doors.
