Mystery Snails are colorful, safe additions to any community aquarium! They relentlessly scour their habitat for algae, leftover fish food, biofilm and anything else that they can eat! They do NOT eat live plants, which makes them a perfect fit for planted aquariums. Mystery Snails also have a unique method of reproduction - they will climb inches above the water level, lay a clutch of eggs and then go back into the water. 3-5 weeks later, the eggs hatch and the baby snails fall into the water. Snails can adapt to almost any reasonable parameters. We recommend: - Temperature range of 65 to 80 degrees - pH range of between 6 and 8 DOA POLICY -PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING: If you encounter any issues with the animals upon arrival, please email us with photos and/or video of the issue and a brief explanation (what animals are having difficulty, what the symptoms are, and any other information you may deem noteworthy). In the case of partial DOA, please count the LIVING animals before you email us. In certain cases, we send extras (i.e. Neocaridina shrimp) - so even if you have 1 or 2 DOA, you will often still receive what you paid for. *****This email needs to be received within 2 hours of delivery according to the shipper's tracking information.***** If these terms are met, we will either issue a refund or send replacements. Whether you receive a refund or replacements will be dependent on a number of factors, and decisions will be made BY US on a case by case basis. I am completely thrilled with my snails. I ordered the 3 mystery snails of different colors. They were packed very well, securely, and with love. They didn't waste a second when our into the tank and got to exploring. Day 2 was filled with the same gusto. I couldn't be happier.

Super cute and active
These snails are the cutest! They arrived fast and super active. At first I thought the Ivory one was dead but he slept for hours after I took them out and acclimated them. He’s a sleeper! And was the first one to start munching. 10/10 packaging was GREAT! All the way from Florida to California!

All 3 snails arrived quickly, alive and active
Snails arrived very quickly, seem very healthy and the colors are exactly as stated. They quickly started exploring their temporary isolation tank and will move to the community tank in 28 days.
