Easy to work with line
Used this to plumb the entire rear brake line setup on my 1952 Chevy truck. Easy to bend, flare, cut and assemble.

Decent, but slightly difficult.
Function of the line is perfect. Easy to bend, doesn't kink as easy. Downside is, when you go to flare this out it likes to create a bad flare. The inside of the line is larger than your standard line, meaning your die to make your double flare can flop around inside instead of being snug. Take extra care to be 100% that you are square and do the whole step of the flare in one motion and it usually comes out alright. Take your time and be patient and the line can work just fine.

You still need a tubing bender for sharp bends
About 50' of this tubing was needed on a 04 GMC Sierra Ext Cab Truck. Much easier to bend this 1/4" brake line than steel. I have been running brake lines long before ABS Brakes came along. Those were the easy good ole days. But CuNi brake line can kink more easily on larger bends not done with a tubing bender. 1st picture was done with tubing bender. Most of the bends on last two pictures were done with tubing bender, but a lot also just by hand as no room to use that tool because of all the lines at the ABS Controller. You can see a one minor kinking because of hand bending, but not enough to affect braking. Just be careful!

The ads are true
I'm on year 3 now, no leaks, no rust on lines.I re-routed my lines. I used a snap-on flare tool. Bend everything by hand.I did have to tighten nuts 5 times over 3 days so the new flares could "settle in" but I hear that's to be expected: don't overtighten! Just check every few days for tightness while they settle in. Same idea as putting on a new head gasket.

Wish I'd have known about this stuff sooner
I've always used stainless or mild steel brake line for repairs in the past. This stuff was a dream to work with. Can form it in place without the need for a bending tool unless you are going for really shard bends. I'll never go back to stainless again except for show quality plumbing, which I very rarely need.

much easier to bend and flair compared to steel lines
I will be using this brake tubing to replace rusting brake lines in the spring, but the line is easy to double flair and bend, although I use a tube bender, you can most likely bend this with your hands if you are careful.
