Leslie has done it again. I've ben exercising with her for over ten years. Her videos always kept me on my target weight and help me to loose when I wanted to. This tape right here omg, she stepped up her games . The pase is fast never a dull moment and you will sweat.Im very satisfied with the floor routines, not too difficult but you need a bit of a challenge to help you to achieve your goals, especially with the holidays coming up. I noticed she added some new moves which is great and she have some of her regular group of workout buddies. I've also ordered the mega five mile withe the stretch bands and the 4 miles .

Easy to Follow - Great Workout!
As an over 50 woman, I have been feeling a lot of aches and pains in my joints and I am no longer able to run/jog anymore. I saw one of Leslie's video's on You Tube and it was great! I ordered this and just received yesterday. I have done the 2 mile session yesterday and today and really worked up a sweat - I can feel all my muscles working, but it is definitely a low impact workout. I will be buying more of her videos!

I’ve been doing Leslie’s DVD’s for the last 4 years. This one is my favorite so far! I will say though, this one is the hardest out of all the ones I’ve done. It is more high impact compared to the others. It’s the same basic moves (side steps, kicks, knee lifts) and of course walking. She adds in some great moves to target the abdominal area.It’s a 2 mile walk (30 minutes) and then 2 floor sessions for toning (10 minutes each).

Easy to follow but don't overdo, they do the job. I had her VCR tapes years ago.

Fast pace 3 mile workout...fun!
I have been working g out with Leslie Sansone for serval years ever since I found her on YouTube. Since then I have purchased several videos...this one is a faster pace than some of the others. One of my favorites.

Dvd di walking (camminata veloce) mai monotono ed easy, per tutti. Ci sono molti esercizi anche per gli addominali e il "core", la parte centrale del tronco. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
