Good play tent.
I bought this for myself but hadn't really noticed the delivery date. Ended up ordering another tent with a shorter lead time. This one actually arrived sooner than expected. Instead of returning it as it seem pretty decent I gave it to my niece for her kids.

Not waterproof.
Not very good quality supposed to be waterproof, tried it out during the recent rainy days and the tent was wet inside.
