Wow, this had transformed our hiit training! No sports bra have been able to keep our boobs in check. No more holding them when we run on the spot! Alright with walking but a bit constricting when running if not adjusted
I like that it really stops my boobs from juggling during run but it gets constricting when you use it continuously during jog/run without adjusting. I’ve only ever used it on my old sports bras and light support. But to be fair, I could’ve have just invested the money on better sports bra than this.
