It Works and is quiet but doesn’t have the brushing power I had hoped for to get the price paid. Should have cost less.

Great price and quick service. We had to replace our hold vacuum head because it broke. We had previously paid almost 30% more from our local vacuum speciality store. When we saw the price for the same make and model online for less, it really didn't take us long to decide. We've had this for awhile now and can say that it performs well. It picks up any particle we can see and feel on the carpet. I like the rubber casing in the front which provides a cushion for the vacuum as well as any household items it bumps into. It's easy to clean and remove from vacuum pipe. It's pretty quiet and gets under furniture very easily.

replacement head for our Central Vacuum system. It runs fine, husband thinks it is loud, overall I think is does the job and was cheaper then our vacuum cleaner service center replacement. Free delivery, why drive to the store.

Had a hard time finding a good vacuum head for our Beam central vacuum system. The powerful heads were always electrically supplemented, which seemed pretty stupid and cumbersome, defeating one of the purposes of a central system. I just got this one today. LOVE IT! It's really powerful, not loud, and doesn't require electric. As an aside, our Beam is powerful though, so if yours isn't, maybe wouldn't perform the same? The only thing I could see as a draw back is that the head doesn't swivel, meaning you have to aim at stuff straight on, and it's pretty heavy. On the other side though, the cleaning is superb, it lies really flat for getting under furniture, and the handle has an "upright" position (fantastic!). Very happy with this, best of 3 we've had!

I have ultra plush carpet so finding power nozzles, etc. that will work is difficult. Surprisingly this cuts through it like butter. Very impressed with the performance.

We purchased this vacuum head to replace one that had basically stopped operating. We had previously owned this vacuum head and left it at a former home we owned for the new owners. So we had previous experience with this appliance. No difference in our previous experience. This appliance works well on all surfaces, carpets, wood floor, tile etc... It works at it's best on carpets of with various piles.

This cleans better then I expected but there is a serious problem that I encountered. If the wand that you will be using has a spring loaded button on the end that will attach to this nozzle, do not buy. It is not meant to be used with a button wand. I did not see any warning in the Amazon description or on the nozzle use literature. I inserted my vacuum wand and did a very good job of cleaning . however, when I went to remove my wand it could no be separated. I phoned the help line and they told me to bring it to a dealer to have it dissambled in order to get my wand back and return the head for credit. I decided to buy a new wand for $17 instead so that I could continue to use my regularly attachments as well as the new turbo head as well.

Great replacement for a worn out turbo attachment. Much quieter. Lightweight.
