Nice piece of equipment. Built for the field. Works great for CONSISTENT fly balls, grounders, line drives whatever you want. If you're a coach, get one. Your team will catch more fly balls in games if you use in each practice.

My 8 yr old plays travel ball and wants to practice 24/7...the one thing I haven't been able to help him with is fielding so that has been a dad only thing...until now! It takes a little getting used to, but this is like a mini tennis racket, so I am able to hit pop fly's, hard grounders and a few line drives so he can practice fielding. This is great for me because this mom is not consistent enough with a bat to hit anything he could field and I can hit balls with this much harder and farther than I could throw.I will update at some point regarding durability - we haven't used it long enough to comment though.

72 year old bifocal wearing coaches need all the help they can get, and the Accubat Pro was just what I needed to hit consistent pop flies, grounders, and line drives to our 7 and 8 year old team. It took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of it I was able to make repeatable accurate hits. It's best to have my off hand free (no glove) to allow for a good feed as shown in the photo. It's not difficult to "catch" a ball with the racquet if the ball is not thrown too hard.

Great training tool for coaches - OF work with fly balls is much easier on us coaches. We use it for softball practice.

Strings are not as tight as other models I have seen. Distance is becoming a factor in practice. Good for shorter ditances

Hard to get the hang of using. Cheap tennis racquet and tennis balls worked just as well with the kids. May just be user error...

Excellent for fly ball work indoors and out. Also able to use for groundball work indoors.
