This is the best travel pillow I have used. I have used this now for quite a few long international flights and it has greatly improved my comfort and ability to sleep on the plane. The design does not force your head forward like so many other neck pillows and provides better support on each side of your head so I don't wake up with a kink in my neck. The material is soft and comfortable. It rolls up easily into its attached travel pouch which makes it very convenient to travel with. I would highly recommend this travel pillow to anyone who takes long flights. I even recommended it to my mom so she can use it for long car rides.

I travel quite a bit. Bought this travel pillow for a very long plane trip. I had gotten frustrated with my other travel pillow that was bulky around the back of my neck in a plane seat. This pillow is awesome because it is flat in the back with only a little bolster padding at the base of the neck. You can put your head all the way back against the seat. The high sides of the pillow make for a very comfortable place to rest your head and provides good support on both the left and right side. It is soft and the color is pretty. It came with a travel cover case. The only downside for me that kept it from getting 5 stars is that it is a bit on the larger size of travel pillows and didn't fit well in my carry on...so one more thing I had to hold on to, but the sleep I got on the 14 hr flight was well worth it.

When I bought this item, the title said that it was memory foam. After I bought it, the part about memory foam was removed a few days later. It's comfortable, but made out of polyester (I was looking specifically for a memory foam travel pillow.) Found a memory foam pillow with better reviews for the same price later on.

This pillow was ok. It held its shape and was supportive however, the attached bag was constantly in the way. It came up very high on the sides making it impossible to use over the ear headphone with it. I ended up using it as a traditional pillow

We bought this pillow for our trip from the US to Bali, Indonesia, which was 2 days worth of travel. I had a middle seat, so this pillow came in handy for me, allowing my head to lean to either side without disturbing anyone on either side of me. I also did not have any neck pain from it, as the pillow height was sufficient - I have a long neck. The only downside of this pillow is that it takes up space in your carry on, but for any flights that you plan to sleep - its worth it!

The pillow is comfortable but there is no way the average person can fold it up and get it into the bag. I looked for instructions on the internet and realized this model was an older version and the newer model had better clasps to fold and hold.

Used this pillow for about 2 years now. Admittedly I am hoping that somewhere along the way there will be a travel pillow designed that actually supports my head, neck and chin in a way that allows for sleep on a plane (an elusive pursuit so far), I continue to use this one because it works better than any other I have tried thus far. It is a bit bulky to carry but worth the hassle to me. The chin strap helps add extra support so my head doesn't roll to the side too much and hurt my neck. Could use more,Velcro on the strap but that is the main complaint I have about it. The flat back allows my head to fully rest against the headrest rather than be pushed forward by traditional pillows.

I've used five other pillows recently and this is the ONLY one that worked well for me. I used it on a plane and on very bumpy roads in a Cambodian bus. It gave great support, my neck was not sore after sleeping, and the fabric repelled dirt and dust. It packs larger than the less-effective U-shaped ones, but compresses well and was well worth it. Thanks for a great product.
