Good Night San Francisco (Good Night Our World)

Love this books for my kids. What a neat way to learn about a new city!

Great little souvenir book a la Goodnight Moon for visitors to SF.

I love the “Good Night” books. I read them to my baby as part of our bedtime routine. They are short and take 5 mins to read. The baby can practice turning the pages with the board books. And the best part - they take baby and mommy on a mini adventure. I personally love San Francisco and want to share that with my baby. We are planning a trip to Hawaii soon so we will start reading “Good Night Hawaii” to prepare our baby for the upcoming trip, as if she can understand the places in the book!

The Good Night Our World series are wonderful little books to add to any child's library. My daughter has quite a few of these. Since I live in SF, I usually send the SF version to my friends with kids (even though the NYC version is my daughter’s favorite). It's great because when the kids visit SF, they immediately recognize landmarks from the book such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, the cable cars, and even Muir Woods in nearby.

I bought this book for my little niece that lives out of state. It is durable for her to play with and/or chew on. It is a simple story, but I like that it gives her a tour of SF sites close to where her Auntie and Uncle live. Her parents loved it and are going to pick one up in the cities that they travel to.

I bought this for my 2 year old son before our trip to San Francisco. It really enhanced our trip! Anytime we saw something from this book, he would pull the book out to tell us about it. It helped him to remember the places and their names. It mentions and pictures Cable Cars,sea lions, Golden Gate Park, Coit Tower, Lombard Street, The Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, the Pacific Ocean, and a few others. It was well worth buying!!!

I know that the kid reading it will destroy the book over time, but it doesn’t make me smile when I order a book and the edge is bent or damaged slightly.

Our son was so happy when he got this book fir Christmas. It turned out that they had it at his preschool. Living in the Bay Area are four year old son has made day trips into the city. He was excited to see all the places he had been. It also prompted us to plan day trips to a few of the places we have not visited yet.

Good condition and fun book.

Good up to 3 years, not more. In any case it was useful to prepare my 5 years old daughter to the trip.
