I bought this for my teenager after she inherited the family hooptie car. With hoopties, the likelihood of a breakdown is greater and being inexperienced, I wanted her roadside kit to the easiest to manage. This safety cone is much more stable than a road triangle and easy to set up. It even has little lights in it. The lights, while aren't bright like a lighthouse, are meant to help the driver find it in the dark after they set it up on the road if it isn't well lit. It collapses down and fits perfectly in her emergency bin. Worth the price.

This cone is perfect! The collapsible factor is great, easy to store and easy to use. It is very bright, so it can properly be seen.

We have had this quite some time now and my husband loves his. It folds up and he can put it away, it holds up to west texas winds and dirt, and it always works. If you have an issue with the batteries falling out them put a piece of duck tape over the door. My husband has only had a problem with the door coming off once and he just put it back on. He was upset when anot her driver pulled one like it out of his truck. He wanted to be the only one with it.

I would say that these are okay and do the job. I'd give them 3 1/2 stars if possible, but I'll round it up to 4. They are not as sturdy as I thought they might be, but they are nicely weighted at the base so they will stand up under most conditions. We use them, one at each side of our driveway, to make our driveway more visible when people start parking all up and down the street to attend ballgames at the nearby college. A couple of times people have blocked, or tried to block, our driveway, and the cones clearly indicate that it's a driveway. Also, they have a reflective material around them so they show up nicely at night in headlights. A minor disappointment was the little lights. They simply don't work. Maybe the batteries are dead (I didn't try replacing them) or maybe they don't work at all. However, the cones are visible without the little lights. So unless you really seriously want the little lights to work, these cones do the basic job of being nicely visible cones, and as I said, even without the lights the reflective material makes them visible anyway. An inexpensive way to mark driveways. And they collapse, so easy to store.

We have a hill in our dead end driveway that gets icy in the winter, and sure enough every winter people elect to come down it with bald tires and we feel the need to help them eventually get out of our driveway. My husband leans toward putting up a " Private driveway!No Entrance sign!" and every year I discourage it as "not neighborly". A couple of these cones moved on the hilltop road when the driveway is slippery, does the job. They're bright and easy to move and you can still see them in the snow..Perfect for our needs.

I purchased these to replace the plastic road hazard triangles that I was using in my personal vehicle for first response applications as a member of a volunteer fires~ems. My experience is that the disregard of other drivers tend to run over my road markers. The plastic triangles, as you might guess have not faired well. I have not had the need to use the cones since i purchased them. so I do not have real feedback as to their performance ie: visibility and durability. My hope is that they will hold up to being driven over but it is not an expectation. I would like them to be taller for even more visibility reasons and i would like some way to mark or label them w/o using a indullable marker. The bottom line is that if they work one time to keep me, my vehicle or the scene safe then they will have met my expectations. I will add that one main reason that I chose this cone over others is that it is lighted. I hope this is relatively maintenance free and reliable.

This is beyond the shadow of any doubt the best cone on the market! I keep several in my Big Truck and others in my personal pick up. I can't believe the price too!! You can fold them down to 1" and stack them on top of each other in a small space. I drive tractor trailers for a living and hate having to back up into doors with lines (ya never hit the right one the first time). I put a cone at the front of the line and at the dock so I can see where to back and when to cut the wheels. Like most drivers say "I'd rather back up between to brand new Peterbilts than on those lines". These cones fix that situation. They are vey well designed and very useful.
