Nice metal cart with a few "fixable" issues
I like that this is a metal shopping cart and less expensive than the Toysmith metal cart. I have two children under the age of 3 and they were fighting over the Toysmith metal cart, so I decided to take a chance and purchase this one regardless of the negative reviews. Upon opening the Amazon box, the cart was in 2 separate pieces inside a plastic bag - no assembly directions to be found. Since I had a cart similar to this one, I had an idea of how to assemble it. The wire hooks that attached the basket to the frame are slightly wider than the frame, but they are like a spring, just hook one end and squeeze the other into place.Upon assembly, I found two (2) fixable issues:1. It does have two sharp metal pieces that stick out from the side of the basket, below the hooks that attach the basket to the frame. I wrapped some black electrical tape around the edges, since I didn't have any rubber end caps that would fit. (*The Toysmith cart has plastic end caps to cover the metal points/prongs on their cart)2. The fabric seat for a doll/stuffed animal was not properly attached and made the seat very low and leaned back. I compared it to the Toysmith cart and saw the issue was that the fabric was supposed to have been placed under another wire bar, to make it taught. I had to cut the fabric strip/seat to run it under the wire bar and sewed it back together. (*The Toysmith cart's fabric seat is attached with Velcro, making it easy to remove and wash if needed.)Other than those two (fixable) issues, I am satisfied with the cart and my kids are happy too :)

In this case, you get what you paid for
This cart I bought as a gift for a friends daughter. I was so disappointed when it came. I usually believe in "you get what you pay for" but with Amazon it's not true because you get all kinds of steals. This product was not so. It was very cheaply made and flimsy. I was embarrassed to give this as a gift. It is definitely something you would pick up at the flea market.

very displeased with the product it a total waste of $30,your better off to buy the Doug & Melissa one first time around!!! It doesn't stay 2 get her,the "seat" isn't a seat @ all nor can a doll sit in it,it won't stay together and just don't make sense and i'm returning the one I got!!!

Horrible & cheap product! It broke about 5 mins of my son pushing it around...cheap plastic junk for $30?!

Not worth it!
Don't buy! Falls apart as soon as you put it together. I thought because it said metal it would be strong. Yeah right! Waste of money!

Not worth it!
It will not stay together. We bought this as a gift to a neice and it keeps falling apart without anything happening. Not worth your money. Pay more and get the better ones. It is extremely disappointing when a child loves their gift but can't play with it!
