Surprised! This is a great RC car!
I got this for my 5 year old for Christmas. I was so surprised how well it works and it's nicely made. It's fast, has great suspension and can easily climb over obstacles. My son can handle it easily and it comes with rechargeable batteries as well as a charger cable- cool!

Awesome truck, clumsy battery charging
Truck is a machine. Goes great and could climb a wall if it had the chance. goes at a perfect speed and has a good range. The only downside to operating it, is the lack of steering. Turns like a 747. when it comes to charging time, you have to unscrew the cover with a little phillips and then get your fingers on this little connector and pry it apart without breaking it. Then when its time to stick it back together its easy to put it together incorrectly. Then you have to bend the wires down tight to fit the cover back on. overall proccess is not easy for an adult, near impossible for a kid.

Great little remote control car
It is a little slow but my 8 year old loves it; his older brothers have cars that go over 25 mph. This car is easy to maneuver and he can easily operate it. It is great at going through the grass and even goes up hills well. I would buy again.

Tires
Battery life is pretty good and easy enough to recharge. But the tires keep falling off/ get crooked and need to be fixed multiple times throughout each play session. Super annoying.

Fun while it last
This was a Christmas gift for my husband- at beginning was very well and he only drove it indoors. But tonight Jan 9 while using it he noticed the front wheels wasn’t working at all. It was disappointing. He really enjoyed the car, overall he liked the 4x4 and the suspension was amazing. So he said it was fun while it last but it lasted very short.

whats up with the tires?
this car could have been real fun, seems to be quick and go over almost anything but falls over a lot. the absolute worst part about this product are the tires. after one 15 second run i have to pick it up reset all the tires back on to the wheels. takes every bit of fun out of it. improve your quality, terrible

Great first RC for 6 year old!
My 6 year olds son wanted an RC car for Christmas. After looking at all the options within his price range/ skill level, I'm glad I picked this one. I also purchased two extra battery packs. I charged them ahead of time. He was able to figure out the steering and throttle almost immediately. Great car, easy to drive, ruggedly built.

Better option that many other for the same price (I've tried three before)
This one turned out to be the best of many I've tried before. Some had very short RC range, the others - pathetic battery life (5-10 minutes of play). This model has a decent range, dual motors, could climb walls (does a flip and then moves on). It is wicked fast, relatively sturdy (still in one piece after a couple month of play), and the most important part is that the battery lasts a good 15-20 minutes of straight play before needing a recharge. The best approach if you want to keep kids entertained though is to get an extra battery because the charging time is looooong. I wish they supplied a high-capacity battery as a premium option, but high-capacity batteries with this particular plug are nowhere to be found. One can turn it into a DIY project with some soldering involved though. The other minor complaint is that one needs to unscrew the battery compartment lid every time to recharge the battery. It would be easier if there was a charging port on the side of the car that could be connected to a USB charger. That said, it is still a good value for your money, or at least a decent option if you want a budget version (and you do, because kids lose interest in those toys quickly).
