The contrast between the feathers and rose was absent. All one color. Also, burlap material of the lighter portion was darker than expected, not like the picture. Additionally I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $15 to return it, when I already paid shipping to me!

I felt like I was in England in one of the Royals Event. I have been a Hat Model in my Early years, and since I was a little girl my English Granny decked us up with out hat, gloves and the whole 9 yards, so with that said, I am one huge happy customer.
