First of all, I purchased this mattress before 1 month ago,As per my personal experience: The orthopedic mattress is the best in the market, with a comfort scale of 5/5. easy to clean. Follow the instructions receive in your email or pamphlet. Quality: Best in the market. Weight: Slightly heavy, it needs at least 2 people to move. Size and fit are the same as your measurements, please do not add any clearance fit to your bed with the help of a carpenter. Wakefit offers ready-to-use accessories that have trust value attached to it. 2) Mattress Protector: Protectors are perfect with soft rugged surfaces. I have bought gray colored protectors. 3) Sheets: Slightly disappointed with the quality of the sheets. The surface finish is smooth but the quality is satisfactory, not delightfully good. I got 1 bedsheet with 2 pillow cover for free, the offer is for all which is commendable. There is a very limited collection of sheets. My humble request to Wakefit: Please add more range of Bedsheets collection. b) Customer Service & Support: Better than any company in the Indian market. They listen and consider you their family. c) Product packaging and delivery: I have received this prematurely at my home in Ranchi from Wakefit-Bangalore via Bluedart. Tracking my product was very easy. You can also check the status of your product through the Wakefit website in the Confirm Order section of your purchase. Packaging was perfect. Wrapped in plastic similar to airport packing of your trolley or bag but the plastic was sturdier. The company also provides a plastic cake knife to cut the plastic wrapping and it is very handy for a layman. They finally put it in a black duffel bag slightly larger than your mattress. d) After Sales Services: They will keep calling you to know about their experience and also provide you a valuable guidance which is missing in Indian market. Like rotating your mattress about 180 degrees horizontally after 90 days. They really care about their valuable business and these little things will attract you to Wakefit. I am writing this review after a few months of its purchase. The mattress is super soft, spoonzy and fulfill my expectation. If you really want to spend ur money on something on which you can trust, order it. Delivery on time, good packaging, and no complaint till this date.
