OK to scavenge parts
Absolute junk. For starters, mine didn't come with the screw-down mini carabiners shown in the listing. It came with trigger snaps. Which is actually OK with me, except they were bright chrome. So those were replaced with black ones from the parts drawer. I didn't use the camera fittings. Didn't even look at them, so I have no idea about them. (I have Arca-swiss plates with strap loops.) No safety straps came with this product. To call the straps cheap, junky web straps would be an injustice to cheap junky web straps. Let's just call these what they are: ribbons. They're so thin they don't thread properly through the hardware. Which wouldn't matter anyway, because the way the thing was rigged would drop a camera straight away. It will remain to be seen how long the ribbons last before they wear through somewhere and fail. Not long, probably, but I won't give them the chance.I re-rigged mine so that it's semi-secure in the short run. Each strap has an unnecessary fastex-type buckle (not the "secure" kind, the ordinary kind) Start by zip-tying those things. They give you four little toggle clamps (that would work great on proper strapping). I threaded the ribbon through the adjuster end of the fastex buckle. The ribbon is so thin, there's no friction what-so-ever. I then placed two of the toggle clamps on each strap, one face up and one face down, to double secure the ribbon so that it doesn't slide through the fasttex adjuster, making sure to thread the ribbon through the serpentine in the toggle. Then I went around each toggle with a few turns of brightly colored vinyl tape to keep them from popping open. I should notice the brightly colored tape if it starts to unwind. (You can use all four toggle clamps for this because you don't need them to limit "backward" motion of the cameras. Cameras on double sling straps tend to slide forward, to the front of your body, not toward your back.) That's why the expensive ones usually have a little cross strap that pinches the straps together behind your back. All that should make the thing usable for a little while until I get around to taking it apart and permanently attaching some decent strapping. At that point, I'll have the shoulder pads (which I would have a very hard time making) and a little bit of hardware. Think of it s a few parts that cost next to nothing and it's an OK deal. The way I modified it, this product might be OK for light use for a little while. For everyday use or heavy use, don't even think about it.

The most confusing tangle of nylon webbing I’ve ever owned.
There are absolutely no instruction or even a picture of which side is intended to be the front. And before you decide I’m an idiot consider this, when you put it on with the side that appears to be the front, the strap buckles are in back. Putting it on with the buckles in front puts the padding in the wrong place. Finally, the strap adjustment scheme is designed like some kind of sadistic IQ test. I would NEVER recommend this to a friend. It does have camera attachments that allow tripod shoes to share the same mounting hole. So they got that goin' for them.

Great for DSLR's
I ordered this for my trip to the Smoky Mountains, and wore it on our trip through Cades Cove. This harness is very comfortable for carrying two Nikon digital SLR's. It allows them to easily fall to both sides of your body for easy switching between two lenses. This harness is easy to unbuckle and hand off to someone else with the cameras still attached. My son and I passed our camera's back and for a couple of times during the trip with no issues. The cameras also easily attach and detach from the harness. Great quality product. Very comfortable and worth every penny.

Used it to stabilize DSLR and 200-500mm zoom lens
As topic suggests, I used the 2 mounts to stabilize a Nikon D500 with 200-500mm Zoom lens. The original design was to hold two cameras, but it works great to allow hands free suspension of camera and large heavy telephoto lens when you need hands for some other task. Works great and greatly reduces arm fatigue.
