This works wonderfully for my daughter's things. The smell isn't as bad as others have stated. My only complaint is that it is very hard to put earrings in the holes. You can't get your fingers in the back to put the backing on the earring. Also, you can't close the door if you have bangle bracelets on the rack.

My jewelry cabinet is great except for the bad smell that won’t go away no matter what I do and how long I wait. I’ve aired it out for days and sprayed deodorizer on it multiple times. Will the smell ever go away? I don’t want to put my jewelry in it. Will I never be able to use it?
