I cant say whether or not it actually helps with bringing your days during a time of crisis, but i can say that drinking this tea a few days before has helped with easing my intense cramps and often brings on my days within 2 days of drinking it. And my flow is often easier to deal with than if i didnt drink it. The flavor is very herbal, maybe a bit harsh for sensitive taste buds but with some honey its great! you can get up to 3 steeps with one bag which is great for back to back tea drinkers like me!

Corn silk tea- famous, ancient infusion to flush the system. Can be used for utis. I don’t really know the benefits of this tea I wanted to try it sounds like it would be good. Buddha tea has an unbleached tea bag with string. Organic but doesn’t say it’s non gmo. The tea is very tasty. Great aroma. High quality tea brand. Caffeine free. Vegan. Tea bag was full steeped for 6 minutes. No extra added ingredients only the one on the front of the box love that and will keep purchasing.

I’ve been into herbs and essential oils for some time now I have a lot of pain and inflammation. I ran across the book with herbs and tease. I just made sense that that would be the smartest way to get them in your body the quickest I started researching some teas inflammation and pain. I wake up every day and a lot of pain and then I noticed a huge difference after having a cup of tea the night before so I kept on having them and it’s still there but it’s considerably less and I’m impressed and this is a good brand. It’s clean brand. I did my research and 1010. I do recommend this is something I will always keep in my house and continue to use for my pain and inflammation thank you. You guys good job.

I know I've had a good nights sleep when I wake up and my bedding isn't a tangled mess. For that reason, I love this tea! That being said...it tastes awful...very bitter. Not mildly sweet or gently spicy. LOL. So after I steep it, I add coffee creamer and lemon extract. The I chill it and drink it cold right before bed. ZZZZzzzz.....

By drinking this tea, I sleep better through the night and don't have to go to the bathroom as often. At the most I now go once a night to the bathroom.

Like another reviewer, I used this for an anti-parasite cleanse. This is Not a soothing, delicious cup of tea like earl gray, jasmine, chamomile or others. It is medicinal. For my cleanse, I was directed to use one bag in a QUART of water and simmer 10 mins. At this ratio, it is a more palatable tasting tea but it is still bitter. If you are looking for a delicious, warm cup of tea, choose another herb.

Ive been having health issues, and recently I've been enjoying teas again so I decided to look for ones good for your health and came upon this. Reviews talked positively and I didn't even think to look at the 1 star ones since It's 4.4 stars, and hearing of the bitter taste made me think that if i just add sugar it will be okay. So it came in the mail. I excitedly got it and made myself tea and let it sit as it was directed so. And added lots of sugar and i mean a lot....... AND IT WAS THE WORST TASTE OF MY LIFE 😭 THE TASTE WONT GET OFF MY TONGUE, I SCRAPED MY TONGUE, DRANK AND WASHED MY MOUTH WITH WATER, IT WONT GO AWAY. I read 1 star reviews about hoe they shared the same experiences, and how it stayed on someones tongue for 2 days and now i fear that my picnic tomorrow I wont be able to enjoy my food. don't get this tea, and if you do please do not expect something delicious and enjoyable. Straight up tastes like POISON. I genuinely can't believe that no matter who and what tastebuds. this cant be good. I'd give this 0 stars if I could.
