Pretty much exactly as advertised. I gave it to my boss for national Boss' day. (Oct. 16) he is always quoting the office. I gave it 4 stars because I think the price is a little high for what you are getting, it's not real metal or anything, kind of light and a little cheap, I guess you pay for the trademark. It was a fun recognition and isn't that the point of the Dundies?
