Churchill Commonwealth 65pc 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, Service for 12 with 5pc Hostess Set

Fast shipping, very heavy feel, and has the 18/10 stamp on it. The small spoons/forks are big spoons/forks and the big spoons/forks are huge spoons/forks. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because after running them through the washer just one time, almost all of the knives have rust spots on the serrated edges of the knives. I haven't noticed any rust on the rest of the silverware but I am not happy that this "18/10" silverware didn't even make it through one wash without showing defects.

It's much heavier than I was expecting - could barely lift the box! I'm expecting my daughter and her husband - it's a Christmas gift they said they needed - to exchange it after Christmas.

This flatware is very heavy and the fork and knife are huge, the knife is 9-1/2 " long and the fork is 8-1/4+". We thought we would get used to it but when I decided I would be happier with something else, Premium Flatware wouldn't take it back because it was used by us. So think about this before you buy. It does seem to be good quality, just very large and heavy.

This set is really something. I had been looking to supplement a Towle set that we received for our wedding, but I couldn't imagine spending so much per set. When I saw this I was skeptical. I couldn't imagine that something this inexpensive would be so nice. It is really beautiful. The pieces are so shiny and lovely and have a nice weight. I hadn't heard of Churchill before. I'm incredibly satisfied and happy with this purchase. The only issue I have is that the imprint on the back says 18/10 Stainless Steel China. I was under the impression that they were made in Britain, so that was a bit of a disappointment. It's not a big deal though, I really love them and am considering ordering another set in the future for our everyday use. They also came a couple of days earlier than expected, so that was great too!

We have had this now for a year and at about 3 months the knives started getting what looks like rust spots. Disappointing....order a different set to replace these.

Was very pleased when this set arrived, they are nice looking and have some weight to them. Was on the hunt for a substanial set of silverware, that would last for years of everyday use and I believe I found them. Was very unhappy with previous set purhcased elsewhere (for more than this set). This set appears durable, no bending. Watch your feet if you drops these on the floor! Have recieve compliments on this set already! The size is a little larger than I expected as well, I really dislike how small the salad forks in most sets seem to be, not so with this one! Love, Love, Love this set!

HORRIBLE product, rust on ALL pieces after 6 months of use. Do not waste your time or money.

You can't beat this quality at this price point. The flatware is the highest quality stainless steel - 18/10, so it won't rust in the dishwasher like 18/0 can and does. It has a nice weight to it - enough to feel like a substantial piece of flatware, but not too heavy. The design is simple and tasteful and goes with all settings. And you get a dozen of all five pieces, which is so nice as I am always running out of teaspoons. 18/10 flatware is usually nearly double this price - this is a tremendous value.
