THE PRODUCT IMAGE is Ultra Mild hand foam that comes with a nice smell, perfect for restrooms, but sellers will send you the generic healthy soap or fragrance free hand foam. Product is still the same Purell brand hand foam, but as far as I could tell nobody has Ultra Mild scented hand foam like the default product image you see from sellers.

Purell or GoJo have created a "clever" system wherein only their solution bottles fit in the dispenser, but there is a plastic system meant to lock people out of the bottle. Literally designed to lock the top of the reservoir so people cannot refill the empty container. You can circumvent this by breaking that lock and then reattaching it to the reservoir after you filled it. But the system is insidious. It does not cost 35 to $45 for a refill of foam solution. And the only options for the purell bottles to match their specific models are at the lowest $35 a pop. You can get three times that solution for the same price. If you purchase this, be sure to buy only a single and keep in mind that you can break off the lock over the cap and then reattach it after you filled the solution reservoir.The foam that is deposited with each squirt is probably the best of any of the automatic hand dispensers that I have used and the most reliable. This effect is caused by the spout attached to the reservoir itself, not the dispenser that holds it and activates that squirt. And that sense they're all the same, automatic or manual foaming dispensers.I used one of these purell devices at my doctor's office and thought it was amazing. That's why I purchased the dispenser and was then disgusted by the outrageous price gouging for the solution.
