This is most definitely not cotton or linen. It's extremely silky like a polyester or rayon. It's not terrible but it's most certainly not what I ordered or what is described here.

Tested fabric content - this scarf is polyester. Heated threads melted like plastic, did not burn like cotton or viscose. Thanks for wasting my time, Amazon!

This is 100% polyester. The first thing out of my mouth when I unwrapped it was, “This is not linen, and this is not cotton either.” It looks, feels, and responds to light like poly. Ok and behold, the tag says 100% polyester. Tired of lies from shameless charlatans.

Tried to indigo dye this scarf and the material pretty much resisted the dye. This wouldn't have happened if the materials were natural, ie cotton and linen as the description says.

I do love the softness but when the fabric rejects a cotton/linen dye it is something else. Please change the description to let the buyer know what fabric this is. These are very thin and if you catch a thread it will break. I will not buy again.

This wrap is SO SOFT! Three weeks ago I had neck surgery and I was looking for scarves to cover my neck brace. Because it's hot, I wanted something in breathable fabric. This scarf arrived yesterday and it's perfect. The color is really pretty (as depicted) but what I didn't expected was how soft it would be. A great added bonus!I noticed most of the different color scarves are a different fabric. I will be looking for additional colors to order but will make sure it's the same fabric as the Blue Tie-Dye.

Lightweight is one thing, but this beauty feels like air, like it barely exists. Nice for a soft effect for a flowy outfit or a "I think that may have been the air conditioning turning on" moment, but nowhere near thick enough to provide warmth or protect from sunlight (unfortunately my purpose in purchasing). It's a great scarf, just not exactly what I needed.

I really like the feel of it around my face. I am happy about the quality although it looks like polyester. I will know if I love it after I have used it on hot summer days. If the fabric keeps me cool in summer, I'd give it 5 stars.
