The item was actually nicer than the pics suggested, the price was great, and it arrived quickly. They were the perfect finishing touch for the 1920s Gatsby Halloween costume.

I like these sleeve holders as they do the job. However, I think they would've looked much nicer if black thread instead of white had been used to sew it. It looks kind of tacky if you don't arrange it just so because the white thread shows.

I had to have this for my costume because I was the Bartender.

The garters were made well, but they should tell you in the information that they are basically arm bands- I had to take them apart and sew two of them together to make a leg garter.

Purchased for a halloween 1920s bartender costume for my fiance. Fits perfectly which was nice being that he works out so much, I was worried they wouldnt fit. The fabric could be a bit better if you are looking for many uses but they still look great.

Used them to finish a costume. Only wore once, worked great. Not for formal use.

These garter bands are made to fit an extremely petite person, and if you are not an extremely petite person don't buy this one, it won't fit!
