Have tried many products for pain on my feet and nothing just ever penetrates or offers any kind of pain relief. Suffer from bone spur in my heel & Plantar fasciitis & just overall foot pain from being overweight & the stress it puts on my feet. Surprised that this actually helped with my mild to moderate foot pain from all causes. Haven't had extreme pain yet (the kind where your hobbling around) so not sure of what the results will be for that. Happy with purchase. A little greasy so I just wear some socks for awhile. Virtually has no smell whatsoever which is a plus!

I have chronic heel pain and this product keeps it under control. I have also used it to reduce inflammation on my hands, wrist, and elbow after a serious fall last year. This is a medicine cabinet staple in my house. It goes on clear, absorbs quickly, does not have a strong odor, and can be used everyday. Strongly recommend adding it to anyone’s first aid kit.

I did not like the cream, the gel is better for feet and legs etc

I've used Arnica Gel for years as I bruise easily - works great. Then started using it on sore joints where places it also helped. I was ordering the gel and saw the footcare cream, ordered it too. The product ingredients look the same, yet the foot cream is far more effective on my feet. Am ordering a spare tube now!

I thought it was the Arnicare Gel, hit the wrong item, but as it happened, it came in usefull. I try to walk 6 miles every day, best way to keep in shape after 60. This definitely relieves minor to moderate foot sprain using natural ingredients. The gel is a great product, especially for the reasonable cost.
