For the price its perfect. Plenty of dry erase space that a single person would need. It works well with dry erase but if left on too long (like a day or more) will stain slightly. If you use a wet towel and rub most if it will come off anyways. It sticks well to walls, wood, tables, and refrigerators but don't forget to try and flatten it out before sticking it to anything. I've used it a lot being a student, not wanting to waste paper and, It has done very well in my home. *tip* If on a white wall put painters tape around it to decorate the border as well as keeping the dry erase from getting on the wall where it is harder to remove.

Love, love, love how it came out! We cut it to fit inside our pantry door for a grocery list and other items. Very easy to remove from the door when we didn’t have it perfectly straight and it didn’t rep the paint off. Staying down now that we got it on. Easy to clean marker off. Hard to even tell it’s on the door because it installed so well! We will probably end up using this in other areas around the house.

Sorry for the glare in the picture. I cut the role into two even pieces and my son helped me put it on the wall. It helps to have another set of hands so that they can roll it slowly while you press it down to make sure there are no bubbles.It did say it came with a marker - there was no marker in the box (the one star). I have some white board markers though, it would have been nice to see what the marker that was supposed to be in the box worked.It works for what I was looking for and I'm good with that.

So this product worked as promised. I was able to get it up on the wall and actually remove part of it to align correctly. Cleans easily and the adhesion is great. I'm happy with it. Loses a star because no whiteboard pen was included, though the packaging stated there should have been one.

Paper itself is thick, and very sticky. I tried to remove it when I need to re-align it, I had to try very hard to remove it. It does not has the problem of falling down by itself due to bad adhesion. The only problem is that it is not easy to wipe clean. Especially when I use color marker, there will be very light color stain remain on the paper. Even if I use board cleaner spray, still same result, no difference.

I wanted to use this to cover a piece of black board in my classroom. I clean the board several time and allowed it to dry thoroughly. Yet, when I tried to apply this, it wouldn't stick completely to the board. The only benefit was that it didn't cause more damage to the board when I took it down.

This product is just ok it seems to be made of cheap material so I guess you get what you pay for.
