I bought this bag for my daughter to carry her laptop. She loves the bag but it doesn't have a lot of padding at the bottom to protect your laptop. However after leaving this review I was contacted by Dionne from the company who went out of her way to resolve my issue and ensure i was happy with the purchase and outcome. Dionne kept in touch through email and offered me an alternative bag or full refund. She also contacted the manufacturer and relayed my concerns to them. I can honestly say that if you purchase anything from the company you can buy with confidence, as any issues you have will be resolved without question. I would definitely recommend this company to others. And my daughter loves the bag..

Lovely backpack, I took ages to chose this one. I was swayed by the reviews and good description.Wanted a BP with some flexibility, rather than a rigid one. This has that. Lots of pockets inside and a zipped pocket too. Good high side, outside pockets for drink and umbrella.Also outer pocket has a cover, covering the zip, good for protecting it against adverse weather abd ensures security.It's comfortable to use too and has plenty of room.I am going to use it mostly for shopping, allowing arms free to walk and the beach, for all requisites. Really pleased with my purchase.

omg this bag is stunning. such good quality, better than expected, top quality, loads of pockets and the padded straps are great too. the best thing is this bag is waterproof water ran straight off it. order this on 9th of feb at 10 pm and it came today on the 11th sooo fast for standard delivery.Absolute deserves a 5 star, best backpack ever, can't wait to start using it for school.

I love this bag. The quality is excellent. It's well made and very sturdy. I wanted a backpack for travelling on the train that would also be a 'handbag' so that i didn't have to keep swapping bags for different outings. This is perfect. It has lots of secure pockets and is easy to organize. The autumn colours and design are perfect. A must buy for the discerning traveler.

Had this bag for months, used to carry ballet stuff. It has held up well. I like the external pockets for water bottles (there’s one each side). The zips are good quality. I would buy again if needed.Marked down for travel because it doesn’t meet the requirements for carry-on luggage with Ryan Air (but they are tight restrictions & it wasn’t my first intention for this bag).

Absolutely lovely back pack. My daughter is using it for school. As it was ordered before the end of last year she also took it with her on holiday. The extra pockets inside make it very easy to organise your child's school bag. The design is lovely and the bag feels really good on your shoulders.

My daughter chose this for her new school bag and she loves it! Loads of compartments and pockets inside to organise all her school equipment. Excellent quality bag and comfy able to wear too.

nice pattern but the fabric all ripped and frayed within a couple of weeks so now my bag is only 1 month old but i already have to buy a new one.
