These worked really well until suddenly the volume control was limited to MAX volume or MUTE. Switching between those two extremes then became impossible and they were stuck on MUTE.That was probably a pretty rare defect, since others have had a good experience. When I returned the product, the company made every effort to replace, offering both the same and similar products. Their dedication to helping me find a solution makes them one of the best companies I've dealt with.I also had another problem with the product, and that originated in user inadequacy. The controls are very sophisticated and subtle. And small. And close together. And small. Unfortunately, my fingers are not as nimble as they once were, and I often hit the wrong button by mistake. So a caveat. If you are old, or clumsy, or have fingers that no longer respond to neural messages as well as they used to, you may want to consider this purchase carefully. Still, my experience with the company convinces me that their integrity and dedication to user satisfaction will ensure that they will work very hard to make their product work.

These are great! When I opened the box I was surprised. They come with not just extra ear pieces but also a case. The sound is great and I’m not constantly covering my ears when my boyfriend is playing his Xbox. I’m glad I chose these over going back to the store to get another $3-5 pair of earphones.

After my 467579 pair of cheap headphones broke i decided to give these shot... and so far i am totally impressed. From the opening of the package (adorable!) to the quality of the material used for the wiring and earpieces to the sound quality to the functionality of the volume control buttons and mic... i am so in love. Don't think I'll ever go back to any other headphones again.

These headphones put out decent sounds quality, have the button for calls and stopping your music, but the cord too easily gets tweaked and then the speakers start cutting out. Bought two pair, one lasted a few months and the other only a couple weeks. Wore them with an armband for my phone and where they touched my arm the cord was not forgiving.

Let me start with saying I'm not an audiophile, but I have an appreciation for earphones that deliver pleasing sound quality at a decent price. I was looking for a pair of cheap wired earphones with a built-in mic.Sound quality: 3.5/10Don't expect much for a pair of $15 earphones from China. Sound profile is muddy with emphasized bass, overpowering mids and practically non-existent treble (which is usual for cheap earphones). The whole "dual driver" spiel virtually makes no difference and is a marketing gimmick.Mic quality: ?/10Untested.Build quality: 5/10The quality is sub-par to average.l. The cord is a twisted wire design with a rubbery outside layer that does well to keep the cords from tangling, which is an unexpected nice touch. The earphones themselves are pretty much all cheaply molded plastic with rubber ear pieces. Everything comes in a faux-leather pouch, which is another nice touch.Fit: 7/10Comes with three pairs of rubber ear pieces (large, medium, small), and a small clip. Your mileage may vary, but it does a nice job of staying in my ears and offers some mild sound isolationIf music quality is not a concern to you and you just need a pair of cheap earbuds, these do a decent job. Otherwise, look elsewhere because these days $15 can go a long way.

Where to begin, firstly I feel the need to say that these headphones are at least apple quality if not better; they feel as solid as something this lightweight could feel and stay true to a design that does not get very dirty, is comfortable, and looks pretty nice (especially in black). I honestly wish more manufacturers would use this design, not that these headphones are in any way lacking, it should just be more popular since it’s honestly the best design for on the go. Secondly the sound quality is on par if not very closely comparable to apples with slightly boosted bass (thats really quite surprising from such small drivers). The only cons I can think of are the very slight sound when the cable hits things(clothes, itself, etc..) and the fact that there is no volume adjustment(but there is mute/play/call answering), however at this price for what is already included these are not even close to dealbreakers. These are excellent headphones for the price and I would recommend for anyone who wants something unobtrusive, lightweight, and casual.

Love the headphones, but a bit sad. They are clear, loud and very nice looking. I ordered one and fell in love with it. I ordered 2 more, to keep one in the office and to have a backup. Love, love it. Unfortunately I just opened my backup and found a different connection and it doesn’t connect to my phone. I should have opened it to check a long time ago. Disappointed.

UPDATE: seller sent me a new pair of earbuds, which I received two days later. They didn’t ask for the old ones back, or ask for any more money from me. They were very quick to fix this.
