Great book
The book met my expectations and it's a great read I definitely recommend it to other college students. There is plenty Of information to study.

book was "OK"i got it for schooli thought the case studies were comprehensive but the chapter readings were notalso the chapter readings were especially boringif you are a marketing teacher i would not recommend getting this book for your class

This is just a first impression review. As I am preparing the lectures for my class I find more and more that the book has structural issues and often attempts to reinvent the wheel by introducing new terminology. My short review was triggered by chapter four that tosses together Culture and segmentation issues as if segmentation solely depends on culture. Culture certainly is a big part of segmentation but it is not the only part to consider. While the content for this particular module is called "international Markets and Market Research" the framework used for this book, at least according to the guiding figure, introduces external forces affecting marketing mix variables." This generally makes sense but it is not executed this way.Initially I thought I have found a book at an affordable price for students, but regret my decision. The hardcover and the pretty picture are somewhat misleading.
