As someone with an affinity for SA maybe I expected too much but this book doesn't add much to a griller's arsenal outside of a few sauces (good luck finding the ingredients.). Bobby Flay's "Grill It" is a better bet.

A present for my brother. He enjoyed reading and got some ideas for summer meals outside (especially during the summer we just had).

It was a birthday present for our 'braai'-loving friend and he cannot get enough of it! We're loving it as well as we keep getting to test out all of his new 'braai'-tricks.Cannot recommend it highly enough!
