I anticipated that at some point within the many revision requests I made, they would show just a smidge of irritation; but not once. I purchased this item as a gift to my wife. She was very surprised and happy. The process was simple and seamless. I sent the photos as requested and from start to finish I was involved. The mold proof was close on first try and after a few tweeks here and there, it turned out great. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Only negative was the hand was broken upon arrival but I glued it back on and looks like nothing happened. I didn’t really see any need in returning it for a small imperfection that I can fix myself. Unique gift for anyone! I’d recommend it.
