My daughter had terrible period cramps and this really did work. She also had surgery because of the cramps and she used it almost full time for two weeks. She talked to the Gynecologist prior to ordering it and he said it would probably work for her. The pads wore out after about a week of full time use, but the second pads came the next day from order and she started in again. The charge only lasted a few hours, but that would often put her to sleep, and I'd plug it in again. After full time use for two weeks, it doesn't work like it did, but she would like another one to use during her normal monthly cycle.

It is a weird experience at first but you get used to it. I followed the instructions exactly and use it everyday during my time of the month before the pain sets in and it seems to be effective. Have only used the lower settings. You definitely have to lay down or recline while using it or else the sticky pads won't stay on right. Overall a handy item that is a good alternative for me.

I am very disappointed because I got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she opened it today and it’s missing the main component. How is this possible? I need to have to this either replaced or I need a refund. I am very mad because it is not fair.

Used it twice and is already malfunctioning.
