The amount of Heddrite you need to take depends on a number of factors – your weight, your age, your gender, and of course how much you drink. We suggest you start with three capsules before drinking and three when you are done – and adjust downwards from there. For best results, make sure you take Heddrite both at the beginning and at the end of your drinking session.
