Thank you for sending Instant Gourmet Original Spice via Amazon. We had the good fortune to meet the gentleman behind Instant Gourmet when he sold Original Spice at an open-air market in Florida, and we became instant fans. For a time, that market was the only place we could buy it. We always bought two to have a backup. In recent years, we've also seen it at two St. Petersburg stores. With the pandemic, Original Spice is not to be found. So glad we found it and Kitchen Fusions on Amazon. Hope to visit your store some day.Original Spice has a blend that works well with fish, chicken, pork and grilled vegetables, The fact that it has been true for these two foodies 20 years seems telling. Thank you for stocking the product!

We got turned on to this seasoning by my husband's Aunt Patty, who is the unofficial caterer at all our family gatherings. She shared her "secret ingredient" and we have been using it ever since (it's even been renamed "Aunt Patty's Seasoning" by our kids :-)). It's perfect on chicken, mixed into burgers, sprinkled over pork chops...you name it. Love that the product comes from a small business - well-packaged with quick, personalized service. All around good product!!

This is my favorite seasoning in the world. It is versatile, and can be used on everything from chicken, to steak, to pasta, to baked potatoes. It’s a harmonious blend of herbs and spices that come together to create a savory addition to whatever you’re cooking. My personal favorite thing to use it on is chicken, whether it’s grilled, roasted, or broiled in a rotisserie. I’ve used it on a turkey also for Thanksgiving and was impressed as well. FreshMarket used to carry it, but has recently stopped, so I was overwhelmed with joy to see it available via Amazon.

Love this stuff! Found it in a little shop in a small town nearby, and from then we were hooked. I love it on my grilled and sautéed veggies, it’s perfect for your meat on the grill, and everything in between! Except dessert. Don’t add it to your dessert. Trust me on that.Also, looks like this is a family business, which makes sense because the recipe is clearly made with love!

This is the BEST Seasoning I have EVER found to use on my roasted vegetables! It is a MUST in my kitchen and I use it ALL the time on roasted cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, beets and brussel sprouts! It is really GREAT on EVERYTHING! I cannot be without this seasoning and must have a minimum of two jars in my kitchen cabinet at all times! It really makes ALL vegetables taste DELICIOUS! All the Seasonings are truly delicious but the Original is my absolute favorite!

A friend recommended this to me. I suppose it's a matter of taste but I like it. I put a generous coat of it on chicken and its delicious. Sprinkled on top of potatoes and its delicious. Its very versatile. So yeah 5 stars.

I used to get Instant Gourmet from a friend that lives in St. Petersburg probably 10 years ago. I love the house seasoning and I use it on everything. Once I stopped getting it for Christmas a few years ago I never found any other seasoning that I liked as much as Instant Gourmet. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. I used it on a dish for a potluck and one of the ladies has now started to use it. I have tried all your varitys and liked every one but the house seasoning is my favorite

Absolutely love this seasoning - on chicken or salmon or shrimp - we go through so many bottles!! Highly recommend it for so many things.
