I was so excited to find these. They are just like the old church order knife that your grandma used.

Over the years I have tried many knives from some of the best looking to the most expensive. I still seem to come back to the Rada knives when the fancy ones give out. The handles are plain aluminum. The smoothness make then easy to clean. Too many brands with the fancy handles have places where food and germs are hard to wash out. You can be confident these knives are really clean. The handles are light weight which may feel odd at first but if you are chopping veggies for a while you will appreciate that. Rada knives don't have the thickest blade I've seen but they tend to need sharpening less often then some of the popular, expensive brands. The dishwasher doesn't destroy these knives like it will eventually do to a wooden handled knife, but it can discolor the handle. Overall, if you are looking for quality without expense, I would choose Rada knives.

I am a fan of Rada products and proud that they are manufactured in the USA. I got this set and as usual, it performs perfectly. I dinged the set one star because the steak knives are on the small side. They really need to be upscaled as they are about the size of an average paring knife. I will probably get something else for steaks and use them for other purposes. Other than that you cannot go wrong with Rada products, inexpensive and they stay super sharp. They're great!

Love these knives! Best we have owned. They stay sharp forever! Have had them probably 2-3 years. I have only had to sharpen 1. And it may not have even been one in this kit. These knives are not necessarily pretty but they hold an edge bery well

My son sells Cutco so he had a few choice words for me when he knew I bought these for a friend. I couldnt afford to buy another whole set. I have Cutco and I know they are the best. But the Rada's are more affordable and my friend needed a nice set. So, these will have to suffice. Good quality for the money.

Love everything Rada Cutlery makes. First found it as an item being sold as a fundraiser.............great idea by the way. Have purchased many items from this company over the years and highly recommend for yourself or a gift for someone who will thank you each time they use their Rada cutlery.

Love love love these knifes,only issue is once they go through the dishwasher the handles turn your hands black. I coated mine with nail polish and it helps a lot.
