Edit (Nov. 2019): I've now tried both this pillow & the blended kapok/latex fill option & neither one works for me. Both seem either too firm or too flat, whatever I do. The kapok blend fill compresses into a hard, flat mat under the weight of my head, while the latex doesn't allow my next to relax. My neck aches every morning, so I've stopped using them completely. Not recommended. The all positive reviews on their website (not Amazon) seem quite curated.Edit (May 2019): I've had this pillow for a few months & have had ongoing trouble getting the right amount of filling. It either seems too firm or not full enough. I'm always waking up with a stiff neck & notice tension in the small muscles near the base of my skull. I love the idea of this pillow, but perhaps the latex only fill is not for me.Original Review: I have tried shredded latex pillows & curved pillows before & they weren't anything special, so I was skeptical that this wouldn't be any different. But, the latex noodles seem better all around then regular shredded/cubed latex fill. They don't clump too much, feel softer, & are a lot less messy to adjust. The wider, curved shape works for me as a side sleeper & even without a gusset, I haven't been waking up with the pillow under my shoulder, as often happens.It took me a night or two to get the proper amount of filling (I removed too much at first), but after getting it right, I've been sleeping more soundly & waking with less neck pain. The pillow comes with a drawstring bag to store the extra fill, which is nice.I wish pillowcases designed for the curved shape were more readily available, though, as regular ones tend to bunch up under the curve & pull the pillow down.

A great pillow. I had to remove about a third of the filling to make it comfortable for me, but once I did that I slept without any neck pain. Really happy with the purchase.

This pillow I thought I was buying was filled with silk but mine was filled with LAYTEX!!!! It wreaks of rubber. When I took the pillow out of the box I started sneezing so I must be allergic to latex! There are small latex particles all lver the outside of the pillow that got all over my comforter and sheets. I put a pillow case over the pillow but it’s still coming out the ends. Not happy about the mess!

Can remove fill to reach your desired firmness. Love the curve.
